An old iron key, blackened and charred with heavy damage. The key seems to always be charged with static electricity.
When the tip of the key is intentionally pressed against a target, and a INT5 check to will the power to be directed is passed, the target will immediately be struck by lightning, taking 5 damage, or a severe injury. If the target is powered by electricity, it will be supercharged and work exceptionally well for an hour, even if a normal lightning strike would damage it. If a corpse is targeted, it will come to life as a new unique entity, having only remnants of its former memories. The owner of the key has no control over the creature.
Failure causes the lighting to strike something random nearby.
The user is plagued by static electricity and random twitching hindering speed based tasks by one until they successfully target something with the key. Any interaction with electrical devices during this time may cause the static to short out the device and break it.
